Qué es Nexo

Un juego gratuito para construir hábitos: completas actividades reales y tu ciudad crece. Es una ayuda para organizarte y motivarte; no sustituye el consejo médico, psicológico ni de ningún otro profesional.

Edad mínima y tu cuenta

Necesitas tener al menos 14 años (o la edad mínima que fije la ley de tu país, si es mayor) para crear una cuenta.

Eres responsable de tu cuenta y de mantener tu contraseña en secreto. Si crees que alguien ha entrado en ella, cámbiala y escríbenos a support.pyou@gmail.com.

Uso aceptable

No intentes acceder a datos de otras personas ni a partes del servicio que no son tuyas, ni atacar, sobrecargar o copiar el servicio.
No manipules el juego (XP, monedas o recompensas) ni automatices acciones.
En el chat y en los nombres de clanes y perfiles: nada de acoso, insultos, amenazas, discurso de odio, contenido sexual, violento o ilegal, spam, datos personales de terceros ni suplantar a nadie.
No uses Nexo para nada ilegal.

Denunciar contenidos y moderación

Si ves un mensaje o un nombre que incumple estas normas o que crees ilegal, denúncialo desde el propio mensaje (botón «Denunciar») o escribiendo a nuestro punto de contacto: support.pyou@gmail.com. Indica qué es, dónde está y por qué crees que incumple las normas.

Ese correo es nuestro punto de contacto único para usuarios y para autoridades (Reglamento de Servicios Digitales, arts. 11 y 12); puedes escribirnos en español o en inglés.

Revisaremos cada denuncia con diligencia. Podemos borrar contenidos, cambiar nombres de clanes y suspender o cerrar cuentas que incumplan estas condiciones; te explicaremos el motivo y podrás responder a ese mismo correo para pedir que lo revisemos.

Monedas y objetos del juego

Las monedas, la XP, los objetos y los desbloqueos son parte del juego: no tienen valor económico, no se pueden cambiar por dinero y no se compran con dinero real.

Lo que escribes

Lo que escribes en el diario, la agenda y tus hábitos es tuyo y solo lo ves tú. Lo que escribes en el chat de tu clan lo ven sus miembros; eres responsable de ello.

Propiedad intelectual

Nexo, su diseño, sus gráficos, sus textos y su código pertenecen a su titular. No puedes copiarlos ni reutilizarlos sin permiso.

Responsabilidad

Nexo se ofrece gratis y tal cual. Hacemos lo posible para que funcione bien y para proteger tus datos, pero no podemos garantizar que esté siempre disponible ni libre de errores. Nada de esto limita los derechos que te reconoce la ley como persona consumidora.

Disponibilidad y cambios

Nexo puede cambiar, mejorar o dejar de estar disponible temporalmente. Si estas condiciones cambian de forma importante, te avisaremos en la app y la versión nueva estará aquí con su fecha.

Dejar de usar Nexo

Puedes dejar de usar Nexo cuando quieras y borrar tu cuenta en Ajustes → Tus datos → Borrar mi cuenta.

Ley aplicable

Estas condiciones se rigen por la ley española. Si eres consumidor, puedes acudir a los tribunales de tu domicilio.

What Nexo is

A free game for building habits: you complete real activities and your city grows. It helps you organise and motivate yourself; it does not replace medical, psychological or any other professional advice.

Minimum age and your account

You must be at least 14 (or the minimum age set by the law of your country, if higher) to create an account.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secret. If you think someone has got into it, change it and write to us at support.pyou@gmail.com.

Acceptable use

Do not try to access other people’s data or parts of the service that are not yours, or to attack, overload or copy the service.
Do not tamper with the game (XP, coins or rewards) or automate actions.
In the chat and in clan and profile names: no harassment, insults, threats, hate speech, sexual, violent or illegal content, spam, other people’s personal data or impersonation.
Do not use Nexo for anything illegal.

Reporting content and moderation

If you see a message or a name that breaks these rules or that you think is illegal, report it from the message itself («Report» button) or by writing to our point of contact: support.pyou@gmail.com. Say what it is, where it is and why you think it breaks the rules.

That email is our single point of contact for users and for authorities (Digital Services Act, Arts. 11 and 12); you can write to us in Spanish or English.

We will review every report diligently. We may delete content, change clan names and suspend or close accounts that break these terms; we will explain why, and you can reply to that same email to ask us to review it.

Coins and game items

Coins, XP, items and unlocks are part of the game: they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not bought with real money.

What you write

What you write in your diary, agenda and habits is yours and only you see it. What you write in your clan chat is seen by its members; you are responsible for it.

Intellectual property

Nexo, its design, graphics, texts and code belong to its owner. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Liability

Nexo is offered free of charge and as is. We do our best for it to work well and to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Availability and changes

Nexo may change, improve or be temporarily unavailable. If these terms change significantly, we will let you know in the app and the new version will be here with its date.

Stopping using Nexo

You can stop using Nexo whenever you want and delete your account in Settings → Your data → Delete my account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence.
